EXECUTIVE ASSIStant
Responsibilities:
If you have been successful with executive assistant experience in MNC, we would love to hear from you!

We are looking to speak with experienced executive assistant who have a track record of around 10 years'support experience in a professional services, consulting or marketing environment. The candidate should have Excellent English communication skills.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following domains:

Quality Delivery:
· Daily VPs supports duties: Work closely with the VPs to coordinate and launch appointments
­ Manages VP's calendar, Be responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings
­ Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed
­ VP's meeting arrangements
­ Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
­ Completes and submits VP's invoices and expense report, time sheets
­ Other required assists for VP
· Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies
· Other assignments as necessary

Additional Responsibilities:
· Support company Marketing/Branding issues and event activities
· Provide office orientation for new employees
· Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors

Qualifications:
Specific qualifications and experience required of this individual include:
· 8+ years'experience supporting at the executive level
· Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
· Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management
· International experience in marketing knowledge, process and rules
· Strong inter-personal skills; strong commercial sense and negotiation capability; Analytical; Presentable
· Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes
· excellent English skill
· Hard working and stable
