资深系统策划

岗位描述：
1.为游戏大纲提出游戏建议
2.根据要求完成策划文档
3.向美术和程序解释模块策划文档确定模块开发时间表
4.实时跟进模块的快发进度
5.根据模块实现效果，进行后续改进

任职要求：
1.能够独立的思考并设计和调整游戏系统框架。
2.拥有比较丰富的系统策划经验，对于系统玩法设计有一定的想法并且能够较高的实现到系统设计文档中。
3.善于思考能够发现产品中的不足，并且能够提出解决方案。
4.对游戏战斗数值、经济数值的设计有一定的了解。
5.对于系统功能表现层的设计有丰富经验，能够设计出比较好的反馈效果。
6.有arpg游戏经验者优先。
