1、日常前台接待工作，会议室的管理；
2、员工考勤的管理；
3、办公室的日常管理，如：办公用品的订购与管理，员工名片的管理，
员工出差的机票住宿安排，日常的快递服务，文本的管理等
4、办公室的日常费用报销
5、其他上级安排的工作

1. 银行相关业务
2. 报销管理及现金管理
3. 其他相关业务
任职资格：
1、热爱本职工作，形象气质佳；
2、工作细致认真、责任心强；热情、积极主动、服务意识强；
3、具备良好的沟通协调能力；
4、熟练掌握office常用软件；
5、英语熟练，熟悉建筑设计行业英语者优先；
6、一年相关工作经验
