职位描述：
Main Job Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate with internal and external legal relevant parties
2.Support and coordinate for company legal registration / modification / cancellation / inspection etc.
3. Documentation for company chops usage
4.Reception (answer phone calls and receive visitors, manage mail and express deliveries, etc.).
5. Miscellaneous office administration tasks: payment of bills, office supplies purchase, liaison with maintenance workers, simple excel reports production, etc.
6. Translation of documents.
7.other legal and administrative work assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirement:
1. 1-2 years of working experience as office administration staff in a foreign invested company.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coordinative, autonomous and well organized.
3. Excellent spoken and written English.
4. Good Microsoft Office skills.
5. Very organized, pay attention to details.
6. Spanish is not a must, but will be well considered.
