职位描述：
The Field Technician works with our distributors and their contractors as well as with the end-users to support installation, start-up & shutdown training of facility as well as to do general troubleshooting throughout the world.

More specifically, the field Technician will work with external installers to:
o Provide training on initial start-up and shut down of installation;
o Supervise the install of installations;
o Provide technical phone support;
o Run full inspections of the installation before being put in operation;
o Write reports on technical support provided;
o Participate in providing certified installer training

Requirements
* Extensive travel throughout China;
* Good general construction knowledge with a focus on plumbing, concrete and electrical;
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to interact with contractors and clients;
* Ability to train others on technical aspects;
* Positive attitude and be team oriented;
* Safety oriented.
* Bilingual, Mandarin/English, written and spoken
