职位描述：

人力资源及行政人事（一年合同期工作）

Report to: Manager, HR & Administration, China

Position Summary:

Assist on full spectrum of Human Resource and Administration in China Offices in Shenzhen and Hong Kong with Key HR projects and initiative involvement.

HR

1. Recruitment including but not limit to

a. Recruitment channels management, review and development

b. Employer brand improvement from HR aspect

c. Positions fulfillment including job posting, interview, offer issuing etc.

2. Staffing including but not limit to

a. Assist Manager on monitoring all staffing including onboarding, separation process management.

b. Maintain staff statistics, organization charts and various reports

c. Leave, OT and attendance management

d. Employee complaint management

3. Training including but not limit to

a. Assist with Training & Career Development

b. Result analysis on training programs for training arrangement improvement

4. Projects including but not limit to

a. Performance Management – Administer bi annual evaluation and bonus cycle, Budget and HR Policies and procedures.

b. Other Global HR projects such as Job grading, succession plan etc.

Administration Management

c. Lead China office administration including but not limit to hotel, air ticket, visa, car, conference room arrangements, office suppliers’ management such as stationery, water etc.

d. Administration vendors’ management

e. Lead the activities organization.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION

Bachelor Degree or above

EXPERIENCE/Skills

At least 3+ experience in HR function in foreign companies

Excellent people skills, Self-motivated, independent performer with good analytical and computer skills

Positive, can work under high pressure, efficient when handling multiple tasks and be willing to assist the manager on leading projects.

Good communication skills in both written and verbal English and ability to work in cross-functional teams is mandatory.
