职位描述：

空运、海运客服专员 Ocean / Air Customer Service Executive

· Responsible for issuing booking, updating data into system, customer enquiry and order follow up

· Maintain close communicate with overseas offices, agents, carriers, trucking arrangement and customers

· Handle full sets of import and export documents

· Handle customer enquiry, quotation, complaints, and oversea agent correspondence

· Handle air freight & sea freight free hand inbound, outbound and cross-trade shipments for both imports and exports

· Check & obtain sailing schedule / flight details / Transit time and keep updating shipments details & status to concerned customers & overseas parties

Requirement

· College or above

· At least 3 years relevant experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry

· Good communication skills and telephone manner

· Good team player and energetic

· Self-motivated, independent, customer-oriented

· Proficient in Oracle and MS Office

· Good command in spoken and written : English, Cantonese and Mandarin

· Immediate available is preferred
