Key responsibilities:

1. Being responsible for legal documents drafting, reviewing and translation work;

2. Provide legal advice for clients on commercial, corporate and labor law related matters etc.

3. Other work as assigned



Requirements:

1. At least 2 years working experience in Foreign Direct Investment, preferably working experience in international law firm or multi-national company;

2. Good knowledge of and experience on set-up procedures for RO, WFOE, FICE and JV;

3. Ability to read, interpret, draft, modify and review legal documents;

4. Capable to work with minimum supervision

5. Good team worker

6. LLB or LLM;

7. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin;

8. Bar qualification is preferred, but not a must.
