工作职责:
·为公司的平台,办公软件以及相关应用程序
·本地智能终端和用户管理
·电讯,通信维护
·IT硬件维护
·实施用户的基本IT技能培训
·与全球IT以及IT供应商进行沟通和工作跟进

职位要求:
·2年以上IT支持相关工作经验
·计算机科学或者相关专业
·熟悉微软主流产品及基本Linux系统知识,有相关认证优先
·良好的英语能力
·良好的沟通及人际交往能力和团队精神
·有意识承担责任及应对紧急情况,懂得自我激励并且渴望学习

Job Duties:
1. Provide daily technical support to end user for PC hardware/software, mobiles, printers, faxes, video conference and telephone systems
2. Ensure all servers are fully smooth operational to meet business requirements, including DC, Printer server…
3. Manager Inventory: Laptop, Cell Phone
4. Basic IT training for users
Min Requirements:
1. Associate's degree or above in IT or Computer Science.
2. Good understanding of common networking protocols and services.
3. Basic trouble shooting experience in computer networks, hardware and software.
4. Experience and detailed knowledge of windows server 2008/2012 system, familiar with AD and exchange server operation.
5. Excellent experience and skills of Windows 7.
