工作职责：
1. 执行公司销售计划，达成销售目标；
2. 拓展新的销售渠道，开发新的经销客户；
3. 和经销商保持良好的工作关系，帮助建立品牌形象和零售支持；
4. 及时跟进市场信息及竞争对手活动；
5. 与其他相关部门紧密合作，及时提供有效的产品信息、价格策略、分销渠道等；

职位要求：
1. 三年以上的销售领域工作经验，有户外运动品牌工作经验者优先；
2. 具备一定的团队管理经验；
3. 了解基本的运动或户外产品知识；
4. 具有较强的渠道拓展能力和客户谈判及沟通能力；
5. 性格开朗，热爱户外体育运动、具备较强的团队合作精神；
