Responsibilities:
Job Purpose / Key Objective:
？ Develop and implement year plan and objectives for the assigned operational team, within guidelines, (business) plans and policies, in order to ensure the realisation of agreed objectives and targets.
Key Accountabilities: ？
1. Plan, coordinate and supervise activities, processes and task stack in own team and take corrective actions when needed; ？
2. Ensure staffing, lead, coach and appraise employees, and develop (the cooperation between) employees of the own team; ？
3. Provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical and ad-hoc reports; ？
4. Identify business needs and/or opportunities for improvement on work processes, techniques and systems, formulate proposals for improvement and execute these after approval; ？
5. Execute administrative tasks, advise the own team on or formulate possible solution directions, and/or refer complex questions to the 2nd line / 3rd line support; ？
6. Plan, manage and co-ordinate assigned (portfolio of) projects and ensure execution and delivery; ？
7. Other ad-hoc HRS projects.
Requirements:
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experiences
Education & Major:
Human Resources Major and related, with bachelor degree.
Language skill & certificate:
Fluently verbal English, and good business English writing.
Related working experience:
At least 8 years solid HR working experience and 3 years managerial experience.
Computer skill & certificate:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and HR related technology, including payroll system, employees master data system and others.
Skills & Competencies: ？
1. In depth knowledge of all working and system processes within the HR services organization; ？
2. Expert of national & local labor related laws, as well as company HR policies ？
3. Self motivated goal getter with strong team leadership quality; ？
4. Good planning and organizing skill; ？
5. Good analytical and problem solving skill; ？
6. Process and result oriented; ？
7. Good process management and project management skill; ？
8. Customer centric with good service attitude; ？
9. Good listening and communication skill; ？
