Quality Controller

Reporting to: Managing Director

Major Duties & Responsibilities

· Assist to maintain QMS complied with ISO9001:2000.

· QMS documents & records management

· Manage all quality related issues which including process/system, products and parts.

· Control the inspection process for incoming parts and final products.

· Support internal and external audit.

· Control suppliers' quality performance and assist sourcing team to improve the suppliers' capability.

· Issue supplier DMR and track the corrective and preventive action.

· Communicate with sourcing team and suppliers to dispose DMR.

· Be involved in quality improvement activities.

· Provide training and coaching for inspectors.

· Able to inspect mechanical end electronic components with main instruments such as caliper, micrometers etc....

Qualifications

· University degree, engineering background preferred.

· 2 years or more work experience in related fields, preferable foreign invested companies or JV experience.

· Self-motivated and ready to work under pressure

· PC skills, good presentation and organization skills

· Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)

· Must understand business process and importance of teamwork and communication.
