职位描述：
岗位职责：
负责车间物料的质量检验及生产过程质量控制以及计量仪器仪表的管理工作，建立及完善车间各部门各生产环节的质量管理制度，具体内容如下：
1. 负责物料到货及入库前的检验和出货前的检验并记录以及文件管理控制；
2. 负责车间各工种在生产过程中质量检验，在保证质量的前提下减少材料损耗，降低成本；
3. 及时了解生产过程中所出现的技术问题和计量问题，与车间员工共同研究解决，了解各个部件的技术要求，及时纠正在生产中的差错，保证生产质量，减少返工浪费；
4. 负责每个生产过程的检验工作，了解生产工艺，经过过程检验控制，全面了解每个生产部门的质量技术状况，发现不符合出厂要求的应通知车间负责人，规范每个生产部门的各级检验制度；
5. 负责委外加工物料的质量控制，与采购部门及供应商协作，了解供应商制造工艺，及时发现过程中的技术问题及计量问题，与供应商共同研究解决，改进技术及工艺，保证生产质量，减少返工浪费；
6. 负责工厂所有检验器具仪表的日常保养及管理，以及定期校验；建立完善的检验器具及仪表管理制度；
7. 部门负责人安排的其它相关工作。

任职要求：
1. 机械制造相关专业大专及以上学历，2年及以上金属零部件加工加工或装配行业的检验工作经验；工作经验丰富者可适当降低学历要求；
2. 熟悉图纸及图纸上各项技术要求，了解常用的金属材料性能；熟练使用常用检测器具及仪表；
3. 熟悉基本的办公软件，基本的CAD技能；
4. 良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神，持续学习及自我提升的能力。 举报 分享
