职位描述
Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of the Margin Management Program in the releveant sBUs
?Support the training of the sBU Margin Management teams
?Support the Margin Management project leader in the implementation within a sBU
?Prepare and run data validation before project start
?Analyse information and data gathered during MM intervention in sBU
?Adapt Margin Management tools to specific sBU requirements
?Identify Margin opportunities
?Lead/run specific Margin Management breakout sessions in sBU workshops
?Support sBU Margin Managers in developing action plans and target setting
?Ensure the establishment of agreed KPI's which will be used to measure and monitor progress
?Ensure consistency in the Margin Management and KPI reporting
?Liaise with external consultants on the Margin Management intervention
Support the embedding of the Margin Management Program in AkzoNobel
?Support the regional Margin Management Community with the sBU Margin Management Managers to share experiences and best practise
?Build out the margin management capability based on new insights and through adoption of margin management way of working
?Identify, report and discuss key issues and develop action plans with the Margin Management Project Leaders and Program Director
Requirements:
?University Degree / Graduate
?Further education (Masters, MBA) is an advantage but not mandatory
?Solid background in either business analysis or marketing
?Hands on experience in working with sales teams and pricing strategies
?3+ years working experience
?Proven project management experience
?Ideally some working experience in a sBU
?Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and Powerpoint and working with and understanding analytical tools
?Understanding of and ideally experience with the AN IT systems (BW/Cognos/CRM/SAP)
?Experience of working in multi-disciplinary programs and teams, end-to-end from through to implementation and delivering results
?Great self-motivator
?Must be a good networker with good people skills
?Essential to have good communication skills
?Willingness and interest to travel
?Attention to detail
