职位描述：
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Assist the implementation of the finance and controlling procedures in order to ensure legal and tax compliance as well as meet finance and controlling standards of Chromaflo group. Responsible for processing AP, payment of all invoices, and treasury management.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Verify the employee reimbursement, and make sure the guideline is strictly followed while the service is provided in a proactive manner.
2. Ensure all Expense invoices have been checked and approved by relevant Department Manager who organized the purchase.
3. Maintains the collation of all purchase orders, delivery dockets and invoices for processing.
4. Ensure all inwards goods raised through purchase orders have been received.
5. Verify all costing is correct prior to processing.
6. Process all invoices into the system.
7. Payment of invoices in accordance with vendor terms and cash flow.
8. Obtaining authorization for payment in accordance with standard procedures and allocate expenditure to correct budget account.
9. Responsible for AP month end closing & AP account Reconciliations, and prepare monthly AP aging reports.
10. Assist in bank account management and complete tasks assigned from country treasury platform, including account opening/closing, signing matrix maintenance, e-banking setup, annual account inspection, etc.
11. Assist in cash management and ensure the entity sufficient cash to support payments, via efficient communication with country treasury platform for funding arrangement, foreign currency conversion or financing activities.
12. Assist in issuing Bank drafts, Bank Guarantees, and Letters of Credit per defined policies and procedures. Responsible for all SAFE-required registration or approvals, like capital injection, foreign debts, deferred and forward foreign currency payments, etc.
13. Responsible for foreign currency transactions including income declaration, annual audit, and ad hoc SAFE related issue-solving according to both internal and external requirements.
14. Prepare and monitor monthly cash flow statement.
15. Filing of all finance documents.
16. Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum Accounting/Business/Economic Degree.
2. Minimum of 3 years working experience in accounting functions.
3. Good general ledger and VAT knowledge.
4. Good numeracy and key punching skills.
5. Attention to detail and good communication skills.
6. Good team player, and passion to win.
