主要职责:
分析的价值绝对不只是处理数据和写报告，而是在于支持决策及执行落地。
工作内容:
1. 基于对业务的深刻理解，建立分析框架和推动数据建设，发现异常，找出原因，预测未来，给出策略建议。
2. 在落地过程中，给予相应的数据和分析支持。
具体的工作任务：
* 构建公司数据分析体系
* 推动公司数据基础建设
* 各类数据分析报表出具
* 行业及竞争分析
* 专项课题研究
* 负责用户画像和商户画像体系的建立；
* 配合产品经理完成数据分析需求和数据产品开发
工作要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，统计、数据类相关专业优先考虑；
2. 掌握SQL、Mysql等语言，能够进行数据库查询；
3. 熟悉常用算法和数据结构；
4. 了解前沿技术，熟悉主流机器学习、数据挖掘或nlp模型算法，如分类/聚类/回归、topic 模型、
神经网络等；
5. 熟悉spark / Hadoop等常用分布式计算平台；
6. 优秀的沟通能力，有创新精神，乐于接受挑战，能承受工作压力；
7. 精通一门或多门开发语言 (Python / Java / C++ / R等)优先；
8. 数学专业，对模型推导、参数优化理论有系统和深刻的理解优先；
9. 英语CET4以上，有CET6或留学经验或海外工作经验优先；
10. 创业或BAT背景优先；
