职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1、Manage the warehouse daily operation, continuously strengthen the whole procedures of the warehouse management, and
      be Responsible for handling any incidents happened in the warehouse
管理仓库的日常运作, 不断完善和加强仓库流程管理以及突发事件管理.
2、Responsible for the personnel management in the warehouse, PLAN in advance for sales peaks in different seasons, and
      well balance between OT and headcount to make sure the labor cost under control
负责仓库人员管理, 提前制定全年忙季人员编制, 合理安排加班及工人数量,严格控制人力成本
3、Control the warehouse transportation, and keep well balance between on-time delivery and transportation Expenses
仓库运输管理, 在确保及时运送的同时控制运输成本.
4、Follow closely the warehouse Adjustment daily, and work closely with LOG supporting team and sales team to strictly control
      warehouse Unknown losses, warehouse Known losses, and logistic facilities
紧密配合物流支持部门和销售部门,严格控制仓库的未知损耗,已知损耗以及管理物流设备
5、Allocate proper SPACE/ HEAD COUNT/ MACHINARY etc. warehouse recourses based on comments from LOG PLANNING
      to different shifts and teams to continuously lead the team improving
根据物流计划部门的建议合理安排仓库的空间,人员以及机器等资源,带领不同班次的团队不断改进工作.
6、Propose and execute proper working shifts arrangements in different areas, like Fresh area, Bambeado and Unit Picking
      area etc., per company requirements and project needs
根据公司要求和项目需要建议以及安排不同区域的合理班次,如冷冻区,退货区,单品配货区等等.
7、Communicate all warehouse linked incidents to IT, COM, sales, ORDERING etc. all related functions, and push the whole
      system improving
及时向IT部门,商品部,销售部门以及订货部门等任何相关部门沟通仓库发生的突发事件,并求取系统改进方案.

Requires：
1、Education Min. university degree in engineering, or Master degree in engineering with project handling experience
大专及以上学历,物流相关专业优先考虑.
2、Compulsory good English
良好的英文沟通能力
3、External experience: Background with 10 years working experience in related areas.
仓库管理及相关经验十年以上,带领过200人以上团队的优先考虑.
4、Leadership，Decision-making，Highly organizational skills，Excellent interpersonal skills，
优秀的领导力，出色的解决问题的能力，优秀的组织管理能力，良好的沟通技巧和人际关系
5、Computer MS-Office: Excel, PowerPoint
