职位描述：
Responsibilities：
主要开发公司的内部业务系统，基于B/S结构，对Web 前端和后端都有较高的要求。
Responsible for the company internal system development which is based on B/S structure. Require both front-end and back-end development skills.

Job Descriptions：
1. 能独立完成页面展示系统代码的实现和开发文档；
Able to Work independently to complete the presentation layer, business layer and data model layer, and documentation skills.
2. 分析并解决软件开发过程中的问题；
Analyze and solve problems occur in the software development process
3. 能跟Team沟通合作，共同开发，并向开发经理汇报工作；
Good at communicating and cooperating with the team; report to Development manager.
4．能带领初中级开发人员完成相应开发任务；
Able to lead junior/medium developers to finish the development tasks

Qualification：
1. 计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，至少5年以上web开发经验
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related field and should have at least 5 years of related web develop experience
2. 5年以上C#, ASP.NET, Javascript/CSS开发经验
5+ years C#, ASP.NET, Javascript/CSS develop experience
3. 5年以上SQL server数据库开发经验
5+ years SQL server develop experience
4. 2年以上Asp.net MVC经验
2+ years’ experience of Asp.net MVC
5. 有MarkLogic等非关系型数据库经验者优先
Non-SQL database, such as MarkLogic, is a plus.
6. 良好的沟通能力
Good communication skills
7. 了解设计模式，有模块设计经验者优先
Familiar with design pattern, and have module design experience is a plus.
8. 渴望学习，积极向上，良好的沟通协调能力
