- Bacheler, Subject machine construction or similar studies.
本科毕业，学习机械制造及相关专业
- Independent working
具备独立工作的能力
- Capacity for teamwork
具有较强的团队协调能力
- Good knowleage of Mechanical design..
在机械设计方面具有较深入的了解
- Fullent of oral english and practiced written.
流利的口语及熟练的书写能力
- Essential knowledge of various production processes and technologies.
具有多品种生产线的工艺设计的基本知识
- Knowledge of all common MS-Office applications.
熟练掌握office 办公软件
- Knowledge of CAD and PROE software.
熟练应用CAD 及PROE等画图软件。
- Working experance more than 4 years in automobile supplier industry
具有汽车行业4年以上工作经验

Tasks and authorities of this position:
职位工作内容及权限

- Creation of optimised production concepts at new projects to realise customer demands.
设计最优的新项目生产线概念，满足客户需求。
- Optimisation of existing production processes by using commonly available tools, such as lean production, VSM…
利用专业技能，例如使用精益生产中VSM等工具对现有量产产线进行持续改进。
- Monitoring the initiated cost saving projects in production areas.
采取有效措施降低生产成本，并持续监控。
- Creation of process ducment such as PFMEA ,Process floowchart, SOP etc.
制作生产线制程文件，如PFMEA，流程图及SOP等。
- Responsible for assembly line manufacture timing plan, dubuging,and produce samples and all the matters related of assembly line.
掌握生产线制造进度，调试，做样及一些与生产线相关的工作。

Position function:
职位功能：

- Support of the project manager during the project conceptualisation phase for realisation of production concepts and strategies
协助项目经理从项目前期开始直到项目量产的生产线概念设计及生产线规划。
- Supporting the sales department for the new project quotation.
协助锁售人员项目报价。
- Mass production process improvement
量产项目持续改进
- Surport quality problem analysis.
