Responsibilities:
- annual sales and profit planning, budget planning
- fulfill the industry quarterly/ yearly sales turnover and profit targets
- regularly F2F meeting or telephone conference for business reports
- responsible for customer relationship/ partnership and on time payments
- develop new industry customer and win new projects
- understand customer needs, creating and finalizing product specification and quotation
- close team work with project team and project manager to catch up customer/project requirement
- team work with other departments for continue improvement process
- cooperate with HQ industry sales team to harmonize sales activities to deal with global customers
- visiting and attend industry fairs, understand industry technology trends
- support Marketing department for market information, e.g. industry/ product/ technology and competitor information ect.

Requirement:
- minimum 8-year working experience in railway or other comparable industries, German company preferred
- well-known product design and manufacturing process, technical back ground is a plus
- minimum 5-year experience in account management and project management
- deep sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit and customer service consciousness
- good language and interpersonal communication, good business English, German is a plus
- positive thinking, self-motivated work, Can-Do attitude
