MAIN TASKS主要工作职责：
一 General Ledger Module daily working总帐模块日常工作
Check expense payment application timely to ensure compliance with related regualation and company rules. Meanwhile, make related accounting treatmeat in accounting system.
及时审核费用类付款申请单确保符合法律法规和公司政策的要求，并做出正确的会计处理
Arrange expense payment according to aging.
按帐龄准备费用付款。
Finish monthly management reports in time.
每月按时完成管理报告。
Follow up suppliers’ invoices registration and payment tracking.
做好供应商发票的登记和注销工作。
Prepare detailed ledger for IT super deduction of R&D cost.
准备研发加计扣除项目的相关明细账

二 Budgeting and Forecasting预算和预测：
Collect information from other departments and complete expense consolidation by department for budgetary and forecasting process.
收集信息，完成预算和预测的费用分析和部门费用报告。
Trace actual spending and analyze difference between actual expenditure and budgeting/forecasting.
跟踪费用的实际列支情况，分析实际费用与预算/预测不一致的原因。
MINIMA PROFILE职位需求：
College degree or above in Finance-related major.
大专或以上相关专业
At least three years similar work experience, international organization experience is preferred.
三年以上相关工作经历,外企背景优先
Good organization, highly responsible, patient and team work spirit.
较强的工作条理性、高度责任感、耐心、团队精神
Good knowledge in English and good communication skills.
良好的英语水平,良好的表达与沟通技巧
Proficiency in ERP system and MS Excel.
精通ERP系统和MS Excel.
