职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES:
1. Assist PR Team with research identifying and researching potential new venue projects, events updates and real estate developments
2. Creating, translating and revising proposals and materials in English and Chinese
3. Provide written translation for project documents, which may include design/construction drawings, technical specifications, facility operations and proposals etc.
4. Attend meetings, take meeting minutes and provide interpretation as needed
5. Assist with the communication, coordination, translation, research, data entry and other tasks as needed across other related departments
6. Administrative support in meeting scheduling, and other ad hoc tasks.
7. Filing of key documents as per company standard
8. Attend events/tours and assisted Operations Department as needed

Job requirement:
1. Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both oral and written.
2. Major in Civil Engineering or Engineering is perference
3. Experience in events, facility management or sports/entertainment industry preferred but not necessary
4. Highly skilled with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook.
