职位描述
The scope of key responsibilities includes:
Responsible for the leadership, coordination & successful implementation of related programs & projects for EMs in scope to support business strategies
As the virtual plant leader at EM and ensure the delivery of compliance as well as business result
As the site EM window to ensure the satisfaction of business partners' needs in balancing with EM capability
Lead major/complex EM projects in fit with business needs
Establish site EM sourcing strategy and execute implementation plan including New EM Qualification, EM network optimization, Business Contingency Plan, etc.
Coordinate with and assist other sites for the implementation of sourcing change projects related to EM in scope
Drive cost improvement at EM via process improvement and innovations
Lead contract negotiation and development with EM and internal stakeholders
Lead supplier relationship management/supplier management process for EMs in scope
Assist in the developing and deploying training system and programs for site team
Requirement:
Minimum bachelor degree, MBA plus,
8 years+ multi-national company working experience with 5 years+ in External Manufacturing or Sourcing related function, including roles in management position(s). Additional experience in manufacturing will be a plus.
High Ethical value and Credo-based
Effective communication and Interpersonal skills
Strong capability and rich experience in project/program management
Good knowledge on supply chain with balanced combination of commercial and manufacturing
Process Excellence knowledge & experience is preferred
Proficient in English
