Key Responsibilities:
1. Being responsible for the placement of the right candidates within the right timeline, ensuring that the existing team feels cared for and is supported in building productive teams.
2. Handle everything from understanding and gathering the position requirements, acquiring talent, handling pre-screening, reports on the right candidates as well as conducting thorough reference checks.
3. Prepare detailed JD for all positions, including clear definition of the role within the teams
4. Work closely with the group heads to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned KPIs, and in accordance with company policies and standards.
5. Conduct the first round interview with the candidates, recommend high quality candidates to line manager with detailed comments.
6. Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status.
7. Prepare and issue offer letter to the confirmed candidate and inform relevant team of the on board date of new employee.
8. Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts. Work closely with HR Colleagues to establish/maintain talent pool. Maintain interview records for all potential candidates.
9. Use recruiting tools/systems to manage the complete recruiting process.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related subject required
2. Minimum 5+ years experience as recruiter either in house or in consulting firm, preferable with a focus on advertising business
3. General HR knowledge and practice
4. Understanding of China local government regulations related to recruiting
5. Strong influencing, interaction, communication skills
6. Strong relationship-building skills especially with hiring managers and candidates
7. Must be comfortable cold calling and hunting actively for talent. A passive “let’s post the job and see what comes in” mentality does not work in the highly competitive advertising business
8. Ability to drive cultural change, integration experience is preferred
9. Ability to work under pressure and deal with all levels staff 
10. True team player who value and believe in effectiveness and efficiency
11. Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese as well as English
12. Well experienced in using MS tools or equivalent
13. Work with a SMILE
