职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY:
1、The Operation Manager need to follow up and assist to complete the KPI goals, satisfy customer’s needs, ultimately to increase the sales of the company.
2、Responsible for management of daily web operation, products and activities, also responsible for daily, weekly and monthly monitoring data and reports; making commodities operation plan, determining the main commodities and guiding commodities per month;
3、Responsible for perfecting the SEO based on search rules and users’ custom, adjusting commodity’s key words and properties to improve the rank of natural search and category browsing;
4、Responsible for using all kinds of channels to promote, improve CTR and page views;
5、Through analyze the sales, activities and commodities to perfect the marketing strategy, activity form, page setup and excavate star commodity;
6、Work closely with internal teams (merchandising, creative, BD and production) and external team (3rd party of IT, warehouse, etc.);
7、Manage the database, including data mining, data analysis and work out the strategy of CRM program to generate more sales.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
1、Minimum 5 years professional experience in web operation;
2、Previous experience in operating online platform;
3、Very good in planning of online performance marketing and ecommerce solutions;
4、Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English. Excellent in verbal communication and presentation skill with all levels;
5、Professional office software and website promotion tools user, strong writing skills and website promotion planning skills;
6、Effective problem-solving skills required;
