职位描述：
Job Responsibilities工作职责:
1. PPAP package release according to PM requirements.
2. PPAP quality cost control.
3. All measurement and validation results for new projects, incl. internal and outsourced activities, at PPAP phase.
4. Maintenance, certification, repair of all measure gauges, instructions, facilities.
5. In advance quality planning. Activities incl. customer requirements, measurement plan, validation plan, quality documentation etc.
6. Quality performance of samples before SOP.
7. Support other functions in internal/external quality complaints solving, production efficiency improvements etc.
8. Responsibility for select and training subordinates, bring their’s superiority into full play, ensure PPR and replace plan will be success.
9. To be take on other tasks that leader arranged.

Position Qualifications任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical/mold/material related
2. Guides team with tools and processes needed to be efficient and effective;
3. Aligns team strategy to broader function and divisional needs;
4. Displays personal composure under pressure;
5. Communicates critical information clearly, succinctly, and in a timely way;
6. Holds self and others accountable for living the ITW culture and values.
7. Good oral and writing English.
8. Has strong leadership skills, strong judgement and decision-making, planning and implementation capacity, interpersonal and communication skills.
