岗位职责：
1. 负责制造部门所有设备设施的管理，确保设备设施正常使用，安全运行
Responsible for all facilities/equipments technical management, ensure the normal use of all facilities/equipments and safety operation. 
2. 编制并指导所有设施设备的操作规程
Compile and instruct the operation of all facility and equipments.
3. 负责制定设施设备预测预防性维护保养计划，组织计划的实施，控制设备故障停机时间
Responsible for establishing equipments predictive, preventive maintenance plan and organize the implementation of plan, control down time of facility and equipments..
4. 解决设备故障，现场紧急维修的技术问题
Solve equipments failure, on-site urgent repair technical issues.
5. 负责新设备的技术讨论确认，选型，购买，安装调试，验收等一系列工作
Responsible for new equipment technical discussion, selection, purchase, installation and debugging, acceptance, etc.
6. 竣工验收的文件资料收集和汇总
Gather and collect document on acceptance of completed project.
7. 编制设备维护指导书，指导维修工正确安全的维护设备
Compile equipment maintenance instruction, guide maintainers proper and safety maintain equipments.
8. 培训操作工正确安全的操作设备
Train operators proper and safety operate and maintain equipments 
9. 负责设备的技术改进和自动化改造工作
Responsible for equipment technical improvement and automation renovation work
10. 其它临时分配的任务和工作
Assign other temporary task and work.
职位要求：
1. 机电一体化或机械工程，电气自动化等相关专业大专以上
Electromechanical integration or mechanical engineering, electrical automation or related college degree or above
2. 精通各类PLC，触摸屏，变频器等工控和电气控制系统，会PLC编程及维护
Proficient in all kinds of PLC, touch screen, frequency converter and other industrial and electrical control system, know PLC programming and maintenance.
3. 具备设备维修相关工作岗位5年以上工作经验
Equipment maintenance or related working experience more than 5 years 
4. 具有相关的高低压电工等特殊工种证书
Have high and low voltage electrical certificates
5. 熟悉液压、气动系统及机械传动技术及维护
Familiar with hydraulic, pneumatic system and mechanical transmission technology and maintenance
6. 熟练使用CAD、办公软件等
Familiar with Microsoft office software and CAD etc.
7. 良好的团队精神和较强的沟通和协调问题解决能力
Teamwork, strong communication and coordination ability, problem solving ability.
8. 英语良好，能用英语进行简单交流，能看懂英文技术资料
Good English, can simple communication in English, can read English technical materials
