Responsibilities

职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

1. Monitoring and handling trademark infringements/product counterfeiting for ZF in AP;

2. Providing supports in other trademark issues;

3. Developing and maintaining relationship in Working Groups of Chambers of Commerce (VDA, QBPC, EUCCC).

工作职责内容 Key Responsibilities

1. Being in charge of anti-counterfeiting actions for ZF in AP, including offline anti-counterfeiting measures, online trademark Infringement monitoring/removing;

2. Developing expertise with product details in order to distinguish between genuine and counterfeit products and preparing training materials of the same for law enforcement;

3. Supervising external investigation agencies/law firms on anti-counterfeiting related issues;

4. Communicating with Law Enforcement Authorities (AIC, Courts and Customs Office, etc.) on trademark infringement matters (including civil/criminal case investigation, container monitoring and intellectual property related information recordation, etc.);

5. Providing proactive recommendations and strategies to prevent counterfeiting/infringing activities;

6. Providing supports on the application of anti-counterfeiting technology, including the Security Label, QR code;

7. Supporting other IP related topics.

Requirements

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements

工作经历 Working experience: At least 1 year of experience in anti-counterfeiting areas

教育水平 Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in a related subject matter

英语水平 English: Excellent language skills required

德语水平 German: Not required, but a plus

专业资格 Qualification: Not required, but Patent attorney qualification/attorney at law qualification is a plus

1. Proficient understanding of Intellectual Property law, as it relates to anti-counterfeiting;

2. Ability to manage tight timelines and multiple projects;

3. Highly self-motivated;

4. Strong skills in research and investigation on the ground and online;

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral;

6. Strong presentation and organization skills;

7. Ability to travel within China.
