Key Responsibilities:
- -Manage large IT projects in support of Manufacturing, Packaging, and Distribution
- -Responsible for managing medium and large projects impacting diverse functional areas and crossing multiple technologies/platforms across the division.
- -Deliver projects on-time, within budget, and in a quality manner.
- -Ability to interact with all levels of the organization, elicits cooperation from senior management, and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- -Work closely with: local and global quality assurance organizations to ensure alignment of SOPs and policies; corporate IT and divisional PMO office to utilize best practices across the division; and portfolio management and solution delivery organizations to ensure alignment of priorities.
- -Develop project justifications, business cases, and corresponding return on investment estimates for funding requests.
- -Communicate project status clearly and succinctly to senior management by delivering complex messages in business terms.
- -Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- -Liaise between the business and technology teams.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- -4 year Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent is preferred
- -Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated large, complex project management experience utilizing Microsoft project or an equivalent tool.
Hiring Process and Benefits:
This is a long-term US based onshore position with 2 years employment agreements. Qualified candidates will be invited to 2 rounds of telephonic/skype interviews. Successful candidates will get 2016 H1B sponsorship with 50-100% fees covered by company, as well as other long-term immigration benefits.
