职位描述：
Job Description:
The employee is allocated to one or more projects as Construction Supervisor with BIM knowledge.

1. Explain the BIM model to the contractors including the LOD required and how to follow the BIM execution plan.
2. Setup system handling system for use with the contractors including breaking out the specific model sections for the relevant contractors.
3. Provide specific model sections for the relevant contractors.
4. Collect the approved shop drawings/BIM model from the contractors
5. Weekly update review of BIM model with GC, contractors and vendor
6. Collect updated model from the contractors and compare with the design model for any issues.
7. Integrate the BIM documents from contractors into the overall BIM model.
8. Generate clash report and advise if any clashes occur due to shop drawings from contractors.
9. Attach scanned FAT/SAT/Commissioning data to the correct equipment packages.
10. Link information for products, maintence manuals, and vendor or supplier details to the BIM dole components.
11. Provide coordinated vendor BIM model to all contractors for generations of As Build drawings.
12. Handover the overall approved model to the client end user team.
Qualification:
? Over 7 years’ BIM modelling construction experience in Pharmaceutical or Architectural industry.
? Over 2 years’ large-scale global pharmaceutical project experience in such as Flour or other professional pharmaceutical consulting company is preferable.
? Understand inter-discipline coordination requirements with various disciplines to collaborate on design phase.
? Good skill in space management
? Ability to work well under stress and time pressure.
? Fluent written and spoken English.
