职位描述：
岗位职责 Job description ：
1、As key member to work with team for new equipment proposal design
作为关键成员，和团队一起完成新设备的设计方案
2、Work on equipment installation and validation of equipment capacity in pre-acceptance & final acceptance phase according to plan
根据计划进行设备安装、能力验证以及验收事宜,
3、As a key member , Responsible for process quality trouble shooting and improvement.
作为关键成员，负责过程质量问题的解决和改善
4、Manage cutting tool & auxiliary material stock and regular release the purchasing requisition
刀具和辅料的库存管理，并定期提出采购需求
5、Continuous improvement in the process of production, quality, cost control, etc
  生产过程中的持续改善，包括质量，成本控制等
6、Support QA Department to calibrate device and tooling,
支持质量部门完成设备仪器的校准工作，
7、Be a team member in breakdown issue, check the status of production and quality after the equipment maintenance,
作为设备故障原因分析的团队成员，设备维修后，对设备状态和质量状态的确认
8、Be responsible for monitoring and training to production operators on facility maintenance and make the WI
负责对生产工人进行设备操作和日常维护保养的监督和培训，并制定WI
9、Support Maintenance to Management of facility spare parts and documentation.支持维修部门对设备的备件及文档进行管理
10、Documentation generation and management according APQP and WCM requirement 根据APQP和WCM的要求，进行文档生成和管理
11、WCM activity deployment and promotion on AM as team leader , other pillars as support member
WCM 活动的开展和推进（AM活动的leader， 并支持其他的WCM活动）
12、Other tasks assigned by the superior 其他上级布置的工作
要求 requirement：
1. 学历Education background
1.1 机加工machining ：
机械或机电一体化相关专业大专以上学历或高级技师，实际经验丰富的，资质可另外考虑；
Major in mechanical or mechatronics or equivalent, college degree or senior technician; if skilled experience, and qualifications may be considered separately
1.2 清洗&去毛刺Washing & deburring：
Bachelor degree or above and majored in Mechanical or Material engineer & control, but experienced one like senior technician can beyond this condition
机械类专业或材料工程学或化学专业，本科以上学历或者高级技师。实际经验丰富的，资质可另外考虑
1.3 齿轮Gear：
机械或机电一体化相关专业大专以上学历或高级技师，实际经验丰富的，资质可另外考虑；
Major in mechanical or mechatronics or equivalent, college degree or senior technician; if skilled experience, and qualifications may be considered separately
1.4 装配 Assemble
机械或机电一体化相关专业大专以上学历或高级技师，实际经验丰富的，资质可另外考虑；

2. More than 5 years working experience in assembling process development，familiar with equipment sourcing.
五年以上装配工艺开发经验,熟悉设备选型。
3、具有清晰的工作逻辑和良好的问题分析能力，较强的实际操作技能，能独立处理产品技术问题和解决设备故障。
 Has clearly working logic and analysis ability, be skilled at site operating can singly deal with the production technical problem and equipment breakdown.;
4、有责任心、敬业精神和良好的团队合作精神，能吃苦耐劳，愿意积极主动地学习；
  Responsible, hard working, good team player and active to learn
5、良好的英语沟通和阅读能力，听说无障碍。
  Good English skill including communication and reading, no difficulty on listening and speaking.
6、熟练运用微软办公软件等（Word， Excel，Power point）,熟练使用CAD更佳。
  Familiar with Microsoft Office etc.( word, excel, power point)，good skill for AUTO CAD.
7. Have the basic knowledge on auto industry, like layout/PFEMA/Control plan / TS16949 etc.
