JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibility

· Compile stock , delivery and sales reports monthly

· Order Processing

-local order entry

-check product availability and stock follow up

-check customer credit limit

-invoicing

· Arrange product delivery

· Responsible for product importation:shipments and documents follow up

· Manage suppliers such as transporters,depots and inspectors

· QA system focus point

-delivery follow up

-customers’complaints handling:report and follow up

-supplier assessment

Main Contact

· Report to the Sakes Manager in Shanghai

· Coordinate with the Sales Representatives,customers,depots,transportors and inspectors and also QA and Supply Chain depts at the Headquarter.

· Work in parallel with the other Sales Administrator in Shanghai

REQUIREMENT

· University graduate

· At least eight year’s working experience,working experience in similar jobs and logistics experience will be a high advantage

· Good communication both in English and Mandarin

· Good computer skill

· Willing to meet challenge,high self-motivation and team-work spirit

· To be patient and careful
