1) To prepare ETP (Quotation Technical Study) for potential machining projects

2) Develop machining process according to part drawing, which includes equipment selection, tooling design and/or selection.

3) Analysis the operation method and standardize it for better quality and efficiency.
4) Work initiatively on the improvement of machining process technique.

5) Implement SMED to reduce machine downtime
6) Establish and follow up the cutting tool and coolant management system

7) Be responsible for technical document, such as PFD, Process FMEA and related Working Instructions

8) Work closely with our global team to involve in the technical clarification and support for the local production need.
9) To support the new project development on the manufacturing in the workshop.

10) To prepare technical protocol for machines, tooling etc, or review the technical protocol provided by supplier, to be in charge of final acceptance for equipments and tooling.

11) To participate in quality issue analysis and continuous improvement plan.
