职位描述：
Key Areas of Responsibility：
1.Responsible of assisting the OEM R&D Process Development Competence Team work.
2. On-site support of processing (die attach, wire bond, welding, soldering, injection molding etc.)
3. Run testing and measuring of LED bulb/assembly (mechanical, electrical, optical, environmental etc.).
4.Run data calibration and analyze.
5.Support material failure mode study.

Job Requirements & Skills
? Education
Bachelor/MSc degree in mechanical engineering, material science, physics, etc
? Experience N/A
? Competency and Skills
1) Passionate on process development of LED package (die attach, wire bond, welding, soldering, injection molding, etc).
2) Strong background on analyze upon material failure during processing and service, e.g. crack, delamination etc.
3) Strong data analysis capatility is preferred, e.g. Matlab, Minitab, etc
4) Strong determination and personal ownership, teamwork
5) Good communication skills to understand customer needs
6) Fast learner and eager to take challenges
7) Fluent in English
