职位描述：

岗位职责：

1. 负责公司渠道销售业务拓展

2、开发客户资源，寻找潜在客户，完成销售目标；

3、管理销售团队与渠道客户，制定并实施营销计划，达成预定销售目标

4、负责销售区域内销售活动的策划和执行，完成销售任务；

5、管理维护客户关系以及客户间的长期战略合作计划；

6、签订销售合同，负责每月订货订单下达、业务对账，开票申请、催收货款；

7、定期提交业务拓展情况报告和分析报告

任职资格：

1、年龄30—40岁，市场营销等相关专业为佳，性别不限；

2、熟悉经销商开发和管理，有寝具用品销售工作经验优先；

3、有丰富销售团队管理经验

4、具有清晰的思路，组织策划断力与商务谈判能力；

5、有激情，责任心，可出差，能承受较大的工作压力；

6、有团队协作精神，善于挑战。
