Position description: Project Manager

Product Development
· Work with customer, account manager, technical design engineer and partner factories to develop customized solutions
· Analyze product failures in conjunction with partner factory to ensure fixes
· Pro-actively suggest new products seen at partner factories
Quoting
· Evaluate customer drawings to ensure information is complete to enable quoting by factories
· Source competitive pricing from multiple partners
· Provide pricing and scheduling for tender submissions
Project Management
· Create and liaise with customers on logistical plans including containerization, store delivery plans, storage layouts, packing for efficiency and end delivery etc.
· Work with all stakeholders including customers, factories, project coordinators, sales teams, inspectors, sourcing and others to achieve the results required.
· Ensure projects meet critical timelines through proactive measures
· Implement and manage quality assurance measures and reporting with factories and inspectors and ensure all stakeholders are updated regularly
Factory Management
· Assist in the sourcing and factory management
· Establish and maintain growth of the company’s supply and support structure
· Complete annual audit of partner factories
Reporting
· Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
· Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; assist in preparing annual budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
· Study, analyse and report competitive activity and suggest strategy to better position the company
Market Analysis
· Contribute to R&D and new business development through observing activities at factories
· Report on new designs, methods, finishes or processes observed

Key Attributes:

· Knowledge of multiple materials

o Steel，Joinery，Plastics

· Understanding of construction techniques

· Ability to read building plans

· Ability to read construction drawings

· Ability to liaise directly with the oversea customers

· Attention to detail

· Time management

· Ability to manage multiple projects at one time

· Excellent English

· Driver’s License
