岗位职责：

1、负责合格供应商的寻找、资料收集及开发；负责采购询价、比价、签定采购合同、验收、评估及反馈汇总工作； 

2、跟踪管理订单的下放、进展、出运及供应商问题的有效解决； 
3、调查、分析和评估目标市场，确定需要和采购的时机； 
4、负责采购价格谈判和实现采购成本降低的策略； 

5、知晓ITS,SGS,TUV等产品检测报告

5、与供应商有关交货期，付款，产品质量方面的沟通协调

6、善于沟通，有亲和力，具备良好的部门沟通和跨部门组织和协调能力

7、对供应商、工厂品质体系状况（交期、技术、品质等）的评估及认证，以保证供应商的优良性；
8、制订采购的短、中、长期工作计划，编制并提交采购预算。

任职资格：
1、大学专科及以上学历；熟悉体育、户外用品等工艺流程，及产品质量要求,有英语基础者优先考虑。
2、为人正派、诚实，做事勤奋，责任心强，认真负责，有学习和进取精神。

3、有3年以上杂货/体育类产品的采购跟单及QC经验者优先。

4、能在压力下工作，以结果为导向，良好的沟通技巧，问题解决能力
