Title Definition
In direct collaboration with the other team directors with whom they will co-pilot the activity : Client Director guarantees the agency's product quality, the level of satisfaction of the clients and the result of the agency
- by developing its portfolio (notably when competing for clients)
- by managing his team (distribution of budgets, creative coaching, etc) and assuring the availability of resources (marketing, creative, production...)
Skills Expectation
- Multi-task difficult projects with various clients
- Lead, train, and direct the marketing team
- Must develop good long-standing relationships with important accounts
- Responsible for overall project management identifying specific tasks and delegating where appropriate, managing budget and external resources
- Lead, develop and implement internal processes developed jointly with Office Manager
- Drive the continued improvement of strategic brand solutions
