Commodity Strategy:
o Conduct period Plastic commodity strategy reviewsi
o Identify and evaluate potential new viable suppliers to company
o Work collaboratively with Core PD, Regional pursuit team and regional commodity to provide costed BOM, and input to Quote team, with objectives with objectives win more business for company;
？ Sourcing Selection :
o Conduct supplier benchmarking exercise and commercial analysis Conduct supplier benchmarking exercise and commercial analysis
o Send RFQ's to preferred suppliers based on Commodity Strategy
o Conduct analysis on supplier quotes based pricing, quality, delivery a
o Visit and assess potential suppliersVisit and assess potential suppliers
o Negotiate and issue sourcing contract with the suppliers
？ Supplier Base Relationship Management and Productivity Negotiations
o Negotiate annual price reductions with the supply base

Required Skills and Experience
？ 5-10 years of experience in procurement
？, result focus oriented
？ Sound knowledge in the Automotive commodities, prefer experience plastic Componentsr business reviews and manage relationships effectively
o Support internal team to drive execution of TQCM initiatives provided by suppliers
o Negotiate Payment Terms improvement, Disputed Obsolescence Costs, Charge Bac and so on
