Responsibilities:

1. Ability to explore and qualify new suppliers in China/Asia for optical products to facilitate the localizatio

and new product transfer.

2. Expand and optimize the supplier pool to insure enough capacity and good quality supply with competitive pric.

3. Carry out quarterly performance review with key suppliers and annual performance review with other suppliers.

Drive suppliers’ performance as for OTD, quality improvement, lead time reduction and cost control to meet the company targets.

4. Align technical / quality requirement with suppliers to improve the incoming yield.

5. Work closely with optics lab to understand the metrology instruments utilization.

6. Other duties assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

- Strong technical background in optical engineering, ability to read Optical drawings, Bill of Materials, and workmanship standards in English

- Bachelor degree or above with optical major

- Ability to utilize the optical metrology instruments is preferred

- Write and speak fluent English
