职位描述
1. New product development to fulfill the market requirement.
2. Product optimization to fulfill the cost target.
3. Existing product extension by changing minority of parts to meeting special customer requirement
4. Special customer applications solution design.
5. ECO prepares， implement.
6. Support the related department (Sourcing, production, QA etc.) on technical issue.
7. Create BOM/drawing and other technical document for new product.
8. Other jobs are assigned by production manager/company management team



任职要求
1. Education background: Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or higher.
2. Job experience: More than 3 years hands on experience in mechanical design in motion control (step motor, linear motor, piezo application, opto-mechanical product).
4. Fluent English communication (both oral and written) is must
Mechanical or related background is must
5. Familiar with Solidworks, Auto CAD is preferred
6. Project experience is preferred
7. Machining and Stamping parts process experience is preferred
8. Experience of developing precision Opto-mechanical product is preferred
