职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coaching/Mentoring指导
- Ensure Team Leads and operators are engaged 确保班组长及操作工的积极参与及融入
- Use coaching to obtain expected work standards 利用现场指导增进工作标准化
- Manage overall work performance and production schedule to ensure adherence to metrics within the department (i.e., adherence to standard work, safety, quality, code of conduct, etc.) 对工作的绩效、执行情况及生产计划进行管理，确保完成部门内的各项指标（包括标准化工作、安全、质量、行为守则等）
- Provide training for Team Leads and operators 为组长及操作工提供有效培训
- Create a work environment conducive to employee moral and motivation to accomplish performance objectives创造良好的工作环境，促使绩效目标的完成
- Reward and recognize performance 对表现出色的个人及团队进行表彰及奖励
- Communication信息沟通
- Participate in and/or lead tier meetings, as appropriate 参加第一层会议，组织第二层会议的召开
- Communicate with Team Leads on a daily basis 保证每天与班组长进行沟通
- Communicate daily with other shifts and peers regarding safety, quality, productivity, staffing, equipment, continuous improvement activities and best practices 每天要与其他班次的主管在安全、质量、生产力、设备、持续改进行动及可取之处等方面进行沟通
- First point of contact for Team Lead in escalation process of problems/concerns 在问题逐级上报流程中成为班组长第一个可以联系的人员
- Standard Work 标准化工作
- Follow leadership standardized work 自觉遵守主管的标准化工作
- Drive the creation and improvement of standardized work 推动标准化工作的创建及改进
- Audit Team Leaders standardized work to ensure adherence to standard processes and procedures. 对班组长的标准化工作进行检查，确保他们可以坚持标准化方法及程序
- Establish and share best-in-class manufacturing processes with peers 建立及分享先进的生产方法给其他班次的主管
- 5S
- Lead and execute 5S activities to maintain the area to standard 领导和执行5S的活动，来维持生产区域达到规定的标准
- Continuous Improvement 持续改进
- Drives a continuous improvement culture by instilling Plan, Do, Check, Act methodology通过逐渐灌输计划、行动、检查、落实（PDCA）方法来推动持续改进的文化
- Constantly search for improvement and continually seek to eliminate waste 不断地探索改进方案，不断地寻找消除浪费的方法
- Drive and manage kaizen process at the shop floor level 推动和管理改善活动在车间的进行
- Rapid Problem Solving 问题的快速解决
- Practice rapid-problem solving processes to ensure corrective action at the appropriate level 实践快速解决问题的流程 ，确保纠正行动的有效性
- Execute the escalation process, as appropriate 适时地执行逐级上报程序
- Equipment Effectiveness 设备效力
- Monitor safe operation, set-up, repair, preventive maintenance, and the regulation of machine cycles, to meet production metrics. 监控安全操作、换型、维修、预防性保养及机器循环规则来满足生产的考核绩效
- Responsible for the TPM process 对全员性维护的流程负有责任
- Responsible for the SMED activity as required 负责SMED(快速换型)活动的进行
- Drive prioritization of maintenance support within the department 在本部门内安排维修支持的优先次序
- Additional Responsibilities 其他职责
- Ensure all prescribed Health, Safety and Environmental rules and regulations are followed 确保严格遵守健康、安全、环境的规章制度
- Ensure daily production goals are met 确保完成每天的生产计划
- Lead/co-ordinate Quality control activities to ensure that quality is inherent in the production process 领导、协调质量控制活动，确保质量贯穿于整个生产流程
- Proactively anticipates business issues and implements plans to address 能提前预见生产中的问题并推动行划的执行
- Provide input to General Supervisor/Operations Manager on performance of individual operators 为总管、生产经理提供员工绩效考评的必要信息

- 大专及以上学历
- 了解生产线操作
- 较强的沟通能力，应变力以及分析解决问题的能力
- 1-3年的制造业管理经验
