职位描述：
-Developing, editing and proofreading online promotion planning and online editorial work, including written communications in chinese and english负责网络活动的策划和网站文章编辑工作，包括中英文翻译工作
-Understand the marketing strategy, ability to bring out creative idea, responsible for creative content writing for Websites, WeChat and other social media
懂营销策略，有创意，思维活跃，有较强的题案能力，负责项目具体创意内容撰写，为网站、微信等社会化媒体进行文字、图片等多种形式的内容创作
-Mining and analysis of customer habits, emotional experience and feelings, understand the hot news to complete the thematic planning and editing
挖掘和分析客户使用习惯、情感体验及感受，即时掌握新闻热点，能够完成专题策划、编辑制作
-Timely understanding the user needs of Website, WeChat, Weibo and forum to build up a good relationship between our brand and users
及时了解网站、微信、微博、论坛用户需求，使品牌与微博、论坛用户建立良好的关系

-Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience; Digital, interactive, online marketing experience preferred
本科以上学历，市场学等相关专业，网络互动营销创意/文案方面相关工作经验优先
-Understanding of aesthetic, work closely with designers or illustrators to complete the content effectively
有美术设计鉴赏力，能与设计师/插画师有效沟通，完成图文内容
-A clear idea of planning and good writing skills in English and chinese
有清晰的策划思路及良好的中英文写作功底
-Full of passion and creativity, like the click-through rate and conversion rate to enhance the sense of accomplishment
富有激情和创意，喜欢以点击率和转化率来提升工作成就感
-Good team player, high sense of responsibility and enthusiasm, good professional ethics
具备良好的团队合作能力，高度的责任感及工作热情，良好的职业道德
