职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for leading and coordinating continuous improvement (cost savings) programs and tracking progress to achieve the plant’s lean saving goals.
2. Develop and implement continuous improvement tools (like balance blow, one pcs flow, SMED, Kaizen, Kanban, standard work, values stream mapping ,Take time, OEE etc).
3. Identify and eliminate waste in systematic way (data based, PDCA, DMAIC etc)
4. Improve productivity/OEE, analyze/monitor and minimize direct labor.
5. Support to define Layout planning (one piece flow, Raw Material/WIP/FG Flow, balanced flow), introduction of Poke-yoka and ergonomics, process improvement.
6. Work with Process and Project Engineers, Production Managers and Shift Supervisors in solving problems encountered and in refining processes, work methods etc
7. Follow up continuous improvement programs and organize to review.
8. Sharing Best Practices and Lessons learned amongst groups

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
1. College education or above in the university majored in Mechanical, IE, or related domain.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in lean/continuous improvements with good knowledge in Lean Manufacturing Concept., from automotive industry with MNC background will be plus.
3. Solid experience of lean programs in waste identification/elimination, productivity and efficiency improvement, cost down projects.
4. Good communication/coordination skills, problem analysis and solving capability.
5. Familiar with Auto CAD and other Microsoft office software is preferred.

6. English capabilities in Writing, Reading and Understanding.
