职位描述：
Responsibility:
- Responsible for handling employee expense correctly and strictly follow the internal control policies and procedures related to AP
- Ensure the timely and accurate E-bank posting of payment application
- Keep close communication with employees regarding expense payment issue
- Assist the management to execute continuous improvement initiatives, and play an active role to support the simplification and standardization of AP processes
- Assist in finishing month end closing, perform monthly closing activities and related accounts reconciliations, prepare monthly AP reporting
- Check the 3 way match for inventory purchase to ensure 3 way match is completed on time and accurately. Completed all of unmatched items as shown on GRNI report except the reasonable unmatched items which should be remarked reason.
- Other job assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or economics is required
- One year working experience is preferred, excellent fresh graduate is acceptable
- Be able to communicate in English, both oral and written.
