职位描述：
Job Description:
1.Work with a team of data scientists who are using predictive analytics to add significant and measurable value to our clients.
2.Solve issues for innovative clients who are maximizing KPI’s across their whole company.
3.Apply best-in-class predictive capabilities, statistical models, and presentation ability to enable customer department action.

Job Requirements:
1.2+ years of professional experience in applying machine learning and data mining techniques to tackle real problems.
2.Ability to generate a point of view from the data, and communicate it effectively in easy to understand .PPT visuals and verbally.
3.Proficiency in R, SAS, SPSS or other statistical package and data mining and statistical modeling techniques.
4.Experience in working with large datasets and relational databases is highly desirable (SQL).
5.Proficiency in both English and Chinese is an asset.
