职位描述：
Job Responsibility: 岗位职责
1. Drafting initial design ideas, prototype making, sample testing.
起草初步概念设计，制作产品原型，测试样本。
Using dedicated computer software, InDesign, CAD, Photoshop, etc. to produce design specifications.
使用电脑软件如InDesign，CAD，Photoshop等设计产品。
Sketches rough and detailed drawings of apparel and writes specifications describing factors, such as color scheme, construction, and type of material to be used.
描绘产品草图和详细图纸，标明产品描述，如用色方案、产品结构和需要被使用的面料等。

2. Graphic Design, such as logos, pictograms, labels and sometimes simple packaging.
平面设计：如商标、象形图、标签和一些简单包装。
Examines sample on and off model and modifies design as necessary to achieve desired effect.检查样品，修改设计以确保满足设计要求。

3. Confers with and coordinates activities of workers who draw and cut patterns and construct garments to fabricate sample garment.
与绘制和制作工人沟通合作，制作服装样本。
May draw pattern for article designed
根据文字描述来设计图案。
May construct sample, using sewing equipment.
制作样本，能使用缝纫设备

4. May attend outdoor fashion and fabric shows to observe new fashions and materials.
参加户外时尚方面的专业展会，对设计和开发的产品进行推广，了解市场及客户反馈，学习和吸收最新的时尚潮流和面料。

5. Marketing Research including analyzes fashion trends and predictions, compares leather, fabrics, and other apparel materials, and integrates findings with personal interests, tastes, and knowledge of design to create new designs for clothing, handbags, and other accessories.
市场研究：关于时尚潮流趋势的分析和预测。
能够对比分析面料，皮革、纺织物或其他面料。
具备设计方面的兴趣、品味和知识，创造出衣物、包袋和其他饰品的设计。

Job Requirement:
Major in Industry Design, Fashion Design, Garment design is preferred.
专业：工业设计、时尚设计，服装设计为佳
Working experience on designing outdoor and sports articles and bags
职业经验：有户外用品、箱包等设计经验。
Strong interest in design and excellent software skills (Photoshop, Illustrator).
对设计有强烈兴趣，并具有出色软件使用能力（Photoshop，Illustrator）
Outstanding problem-solving and communications skills.
具有出色的解决问题能力与沟通技巧。
Good team player.
具有团队合作意识。
Outdoor & water sports lovers is preferred.
喜爱户外运动和水上运动者为佳。
Fluent in both English speaking, writing.
英语读写流利。
