职位描述：
R&R for the position:
? Provide best service to the business through sound knowledge of his/her commodity combined with strong understanding of local and international market conditions as well as strategy.
? Source all parts in the commodity group within the agreed quality, timing and cost targets, in accordance with BOS
? Management of suppliers within the sub-commodities and services (including contract negotiations, payment queries, dispute resolutions, supplier evaluation and development etc.)
? Active efforts to rationalize the supply base down to yearly target
? Provide local support for purchasing activity with his/her geographical location (shared services)
? Implementation and continuous improvement of standardization activities
? Monthly reporting in accordance to the annual goals during the first week of the following month
? Value Analysis and Value Engineering skills to perform cost comparison based on development/ raw material/ manufacturing/ testing/ SG&A/ package and logistics.
? Supplier Capacity & Capability analysis and corrective actions
? Preparation of SARs/ related activity Tracking file and SB participation with local Requestor if needed.
 
Education:
? Bachelor or above degree in commercial or technical or equivalent job experience.

Required Skills and Experience:
? At least 4+ years of experience in automotive industry, functional of indirect procurement
? Good M&T technical background of tolling and equipment, minimum two-years’ experience in M&T sourcing
? Solid knowledge of purchasing practices and techniques. Competence in business tools: Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database (QAD/ vSS/ vCASH/ vBuyer/ vFile etc.).
? Execution skills including persistent drive for results, utilizing sound project management, organizational and problem solving skills.
? Strong cultural savvy, with experience in managing diverse cultures.

Language:
? Fluent in business English, and good presentation and writing skills, Japenses language is a plus. 举报 分享
