职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Work with entire product team to ensure external developers are able to bring great content to our platform
- Engineering liaison to outside parties: technical support to external developers, onsite training, evangelizing our platform at trade shows, and interacting with and engaging our partners
- Assist in creation and maintenance of support documentation, tutorials, code samples, forum posts, dev blogs, training courses, etc.
- First line of defense regarding technical questions and problems, troubleshooting, optimization, and other integration/upgrade issues and identifying solution strategies
- Proactive in working with Product Manager, QA, and our engineering teams to continuously improve our platform and overall developer experience

Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Expert in C or C++ and at least one managed programming language (C#, python, etc.)
- Experience with internal or commercial game engines (UE3/4, Unity, etc.) and 3rd-party SDKs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, detail oriented, capable of multitasking, and possessing a patient and professional demeanor
- Able to adapt and explain technical issues and concerns to technical, multi-disciplinary, or non-technical audience whether via presentation, email, phone, or face-to-face

Desireable:
- Experience with client/server applications and knowledge of backend architecture
- Demonstrable experience doing customer or developer support related to software
- Possess a passport and have traveled internationally
- Foreign language skills (esp. Chinese, English, Japanese) 举报 分享
