1、起草公司有关人力资源管理制度，经批准后组织实施并进行监督；
2、组织开展员工招聘、面试、筛选、配置、培训、试岗、考核、合同签订等相关工作，建立人才库储备编制年度招聘计划，处理与各招聘渠道的关系；
3、组织开展公司的薪酬、福利管理，做好绩效资金核算工作，并组织发放；
4、组织开展员工管理及人事工作，与员工积极沟通对话，参与管理内部日常工作与团队建设工作，控制部门行政费用开支；
5、与其它部门沟通对接工作，完成上级布置任务，做好和各部门职能分工；
职位要求：
1、大专以上学历；有英语阅读和书写能力者优先，口语好更佳；
2、学习专业：人力资源管理、企业管理等相关专业；
3、工作经验：1年以上工作经验，1-2年以上行政人事部门管理经验；
4、技能技巧：掌握WORD、EXCEEL等办公软件，具备基本的网络知识；
5、个人素质：具有较强的领导能力、人际能力、沟通能力、影响力、计划与执行能力
